The Time Frame
Please book events at least 2 weeks in advance. For larger or personalized events, provide 4+ weeks’ notice.
3-hour event minimum.
Members First
Anyone can host an event at Huemidor, but club members receive priority booking.
Our Capacity
Huemidor’s Social House can accommodate up to 80 people; the Member’s Lounge can seat up to 20.

Your Event May Include:
- Private access to the entire lounge, just you and your party, no interruptions
- On-duty wait staff for any needs that may arise
- Humidor access for the duration of the event
- A rich, luxurious atmosphere
- Custom music programming – From our vinyl collection or a live DJ
- Audio/Visual support
- Vendor coordination
- Personalized event programming – cigars, brands, wellness, and more
After you complete the event request form, a Huemidor representative will get back to you to complete your booking.
Not all dates and times will be available. We will accommodate your timeline to the best of our ability.
Before Arrival
Event Guest Essentials
Please inform your guests of our policys and procedures prior to their arrival for a smooth event entrance.
Where to Park
There is complimentary on-site parking in Huemidor’s adjacent private lot, approximately 15 steps from the front entrance.
What to Bring
Bring proper identification, your liquor of choice, and an appreciation for culture and community.
Prohibited Items
Guests may not bring outside cigars. They will be available for purchase inside. Weapons without a proper permit are prohibited inside Huemidor.
The Rules
Huemidor operates on mutal respect. Please be aware of your surroundings and respect our staff, guests, and space.
